From April 22-26, Minnetonka Schools is celebrating Administrative Office Professionals Appreciation Week. We invite our community to join us in thanking our administrative office professionals for the many ways, big and small, that they contribute to creating welcoming, encouraging and supportive environments in our schools.

She replaces longtime and beloved staff member, coach and district supporter Paul Twenge, who retires at the end of June this year as Activities Coordinator. Friend will begin on July 1.

Earlier this year, the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation hosted its most successful Dream Makers fundraising gala yet! The February event was sold out weeks in advance and $313,571 dollars were raised–the proceeds of which will go toward funding grants for teachers and programs at Minnetonka Schools. 

At Minnetonka Schools, the Explorers program supports students and their families every day with care before and after school. Our outstanding Explorers staff create an engaging environment where students are able to develop socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.

The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation celebrates schools, teachers and community leaders for their outstanding efforts in supporting music education and integrating many diverse and advanced music classes into the school's core curriculum.

The students of Minnetonka Theatre are lacing up their skates this spring in preparation for Kander and Ebb’s musical masterpiece The Rink. The show runs from April 27 through May 12.

From February 19-March 28, Minnetonka Preschool and Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) hosted a six-week event aimed at promoting literacy and excitement about reading. From themed books to visits from the Hennepin County Library, it was a joyful and fun-filled time.
